Clear orange-pink with a coarse-grained mousse. Nose of yellow peach, apricot, subtle savouriness and a hint of black bread. Black bread again on the palate, coarse-grained. Airy mousse and fine drive on the palate, shows some tannin in the middle section, the fruit remaining in the background. Finishes bitter.
