The orange wine »Orange« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Cisterzienser Weingut has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Golden in colour. The wine has an opulent aroma: apple slice, caraway, red pepper, beeswax. On the palate there is a fine, but also firm phenolic impression, acidity and alcohol are very well integrated, the finish flavours take up the savouriness again and are almost oily.
