The rosé wine »Cab-Cab« Rosé trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Cisterzienser Weingut has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Light salmon pink. The aroma opens yeasty, then becomes more and more herbal and savoury, with the classic blackcurrant fruit of the two grape varieties used. On the palate this is very grown-up, with a tightly interlocking texture, acidity and body, the naturally fresh fruit is largely without residual sweetness, there is nothing superficial about this rosé.
