The white wine »unfiltered« Bechtheim Hasensprung Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Cisterzienser Weingut has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Ripe and somewhat baroque, this Riesling smells of grated apple with additional hints of vineyard peach. Very nice and successful; also the use of oak barrel, which combines impressively with the fruit aromas. Very long on the finish.
