Bright green-yellow, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit, notes of ripe pineapple, nuances of honey blossom, fine minerality, typical Terre Blanches bouquet. Juicy, fine white apple, creamy body, fine acidity, subtle fruit on the finish, chalky-salty finish, persistent, an elegant food wine.
