Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.08.2014

Medium, not quite bright yellow colour, silver reflections. Intense herbal savouriness, smoky minerality, delicate notes of ripe yellow apple, orange zest, nuances of caramel. Full-bodied, very lively and freshly structured, elegant, pleasant extracted sweetness, fine pear fruit, lingers for a long time, mineral aspects also on the finish, an exciting food companion.
