Tasting from 28.08.2014

Medium garnet colour, delicate ochre reflections, broad bright rim. Red wild berry confit underlaid with fine herbal savouriness, a hint of game, black pepper, a multi-faceted bouquet, subtle floral nuances. Complex, juicy texture, ripe cherry, well-integrated tannins, refined structure, red berry, salty and long-lasting, has great drinking flow, very good further ageing potential.
