Tasting Notes
Bright green-silver with a persistent mousse. On the nose there are delicate aromas of wet stones, flint, elderflower and lemon juice. The palate is juicy and pure, spreading radiantly over the tongue, balanced with fresh fruit and a crisp, pearly mousse. Very fine drinking.
