Tasting Notes
Bright, shimmering straw yellow. On the nose, initially delicate notes of hay, a savoury touch with notes of sloes, then grapefruit and yellow apple. On the palate, the yellow fruit again, yellow plum and pineapple, juicy, animating acidity and a fine mousse, the layers build up, then notes of ripe citrus notes on the finish.
