The prosecco San Salvatore Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Conte Collalto has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Verdiso, Bianchetta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver with straw yellow and coarse-grained mousse. On the nose some ripe pome fruit and some sea salt, of medium expression. On the palate great juice of pear and pineapple, compact and easy to drink, a little too perky a mousse in the finish.
