The white wine Broy Collio DOC, vintage 2023 from the winery Collavini has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Strong, bright golden yellow with lots of lustre. Fruity, very elegant nose, clear nougat, roasted hazelnut, candied stone fruit. Elegant, flavoursome on the palate, with a lot of texture. Clear palate drive, very fine and harmonious with the nose. Spicy finish with light vanilla and well-integrated acidity. Soloist and food companion!
