Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Presents itself with a lot of sweet fruit on the palate: preserved cherries and prunes and some chocolate. Unfortunately, the palate then dries out considerably and has a distinctly bitter note in the finish. Rough.
