Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, bright ruby red with a brilliant core. Reductive on the nose, reminiscent of goat's shed. Surprisingly - but unfortunately only very briefly - clear and juicy on the palate, grippy tannins, brittle on the finish, a rustic drop.
