Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby red in colour. A mixture of animal-like and lactic notes on the nose, taking a lot of time to open up, revealing spicy notes with hints of cranberry and tomato. The powerful palate has racy acidity and tension, showing mineral undertones, unfortunately becoming loosely knit on the back end, remaining brittle and loses traction.
