Tasting Notes
Intense aroma of ripe blackcurrant, smoke, juicy gooseberry, also some tangerine and mint. Lively acidity on the palate, densely woven, delicate phenolics, cassis and citrus fruits again, fine vanilla, lots of juice and power.
More about the tastingOak savouriness from ageing in small oak barrels, ripe yellow plum, blackcurrant, mango. Powerful and firmly built on the palate with volume, substance, texture and confidently carrying acidity, savouriness and minerality lead into the finish. A "Réserve" that can also mature.
More about the tastingGooseberry, lemon balm and a smoky note on the nose. The Sauvignon clearly screams "Here I am!", and with a lot of verve. The acidity is medium and the structure has plenty of substance. Great for lovers of powerful wines.
