Tasting Notes
The nose is dominated by yellow fruits, creamy honey, ripe pineapple and fully ripe apples. Probably the opposite of a steely Riesling. On the palate, it has an interesting phenolic character into which the acidity is well integrated. Perfect for liver, onions and roasted apples.
