The sparkling wine Colombo Blanc de Noir Alta Langa DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2021 from the winery Colombo Antonio e Figli has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with olive green reflections. Smells very elegant and fresh on the nose, with white flowers, a subtle citrus flavour, wet stones and some sea salt: delicate and lithe. Very finely balanced mousse on the palate, tight and persistent with beautiful fruity flavours and good length. Slightly rough on the finish.
