The rosé wine Peyrassol La Bastide, vintage 2021 from the winery Château Peyrassol has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah from the region Cotes de Provence in France.
A rather shy nose gives away hints of lemon, more air puts red cherry and berry forward. The body is light and bright but there is an essential freshness, and essential linearity that gives this an enormously refreshing finish.
