The rosé wine Peyrassol Lou, vintage 2021 from the winery Château Peyrassol has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cinsault, Grenache, Vermentino, Mourvèdre, Ugni Blanc from the region Cotes de Provence in France.
Lemon zest and tart cherry characterise the nose. The palate is light but there is a lovely tannic edge and fine freshness. The finish is dry and balanced and more of that lemon shines through.
