The rosé wine Château Peyrassol, vintage 2021 from the winery Château Peyrassol has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Ugni Blanc from the region Cotes de Provence in France.
A subtle nose, some hints of wet pebble play about the iced strawberry nose. The palate is slender and, on the palate, more and more of tender strawberry shines through, almost with hints of wild strawberry. This manages to be ultra-light, yet structured and expressive. The finish has lovely notes of white pepper.
