Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Blueberry on the nose, graphite, discreet use of wood - the fruit remains in the foreground. On the palate it shows with the poles of texture and tannin, mealy, powerful tannin, ripe but sufficiently supportive acidity, a muscular wine that will develop favourably for several years.
