Tasting from 05.08.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium bright ruby red. On the nose there are clear roasted aromas of toasted barrel, also blackberry and cherry, light sealing wax and dried herbs. Spicy and mouth-filling on the palate, with a vivid acid-tannin structure, still wants to be aged a bit longer.
