The franciacorta Rosé Brut Franciacorta DOCG from the winery Contadi Castaldi has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant orange pink. Fragrant nose of ripe strawberries and delicate vanilla sugar, roasted hazelnuts and candied orange peel. On the palate carried by fine texture, tightens up nicely with accentuated fruit, juicy and clear, minimally pappy on the finish.
