Bright copper red. Intense bouquet of wild strawberries, cherry confit, blood orange zest and a touch of vanilla cream. Juicy, lively texture, characterised by straightforward acidity and a creamy mouthfeel, fine mousse. Fruity, saline finish.
More about the tastingBright luminous salmon colour. The nose is initially slightly floral, with orange blossom, then come cranberry and redcurrant, and a hint of butter and almond. It arrives on the palate with verve, showing itself light-footed with fine texture, soft mousse and balanced, well integrated acidity. Lively savoury finish.
