More about the tastingBright luminous salmon colour. The nose is initially slightly floral, with orange blossom, then come cranberry and redcurrant, and a hint of butter and almond. It arrives on the palate with verve, showing itself light-footed with fine texture, soft mousse and balanced, well integrated acidity. Lively savoury finish.
