The spumante 1865 Pas Dosé Pinot Nero Metodo Classico Oltrepò Pavese DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Conte Vistarino has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
This has a brilliant light gold colour, with a persistent fine-grained mousse. There are candied fruit notes on the nose, which is compact, with a slightly yellow fruity aroma, echoes of blood oranges and iodine, and subtle hazelnut. It is bone dry on the palate, unfolding delicately over the tongue, with elegant citrus nuances, and a dry finish.
