Tasting Notes
Bright ruby with brightening edges. Fragrant and inviting on the nose, of hearty cherry and rich wild berries, underpinned by a hint of strawberry jam, dark leather, a hint of tar and pepper, multi-layered. Very elegant on the palate, spanning many layers, light-footed and polished, with a hearty finish, a slight hint of blood orange, salty, clear and long.
