The red wine Monfalletto Barolo DOCG, vintage 2010 from the winery Cordero di Montezemolo has been rated in 2014 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby with a slight garnet rim. Clearly defined, memorable nose with lots of fresh cherry, some pomegranate and cranberry. Lots of polished, well-integrated tannins on the palate, builds nicely, juicy cherry fruit, clear and present on the finish.
