The franciacorta Insé Pas Dosé Millesimato Franciacorta DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Corte Aura has been rated in 2019 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright, luminous greenish yellow with coarse-grained, persistent mousse. Delicate nose with some acacia honey, lots of white flowers and light salt. Creamy on the palate at first with a fine texture, then dry and taut on the mid-palate, builds nicely, finishing with firm drive on the palate.
