Tasting from 16.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, light golden yellow with persistent mousse. Notes of brioche, delicate nut butter and ripe mirabelle plums open up on the nose, followed by light yeasty notes. Fresh, juicy palate with a lovely drinkability. Nose of ripe red apple. Medium, slightly sweetish finish.
