Tasting from 31.12.2018: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Light salmon pink colour with a brilliant core. Floral and delicately fruity on the nose, slightly lactic, rather restrained, with notes of white peach and salt. Very explosive on the palate with a salty touch, appears cool, emphasised acidity, rough and impetuous on the finish, still needs to calm down.
