Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright, light golden yellow with a delicate mousse. Delicately fragrant on the nose, of juicy citrus fruits, white flowers, then bread dough. Very juicy on the palate, with a soft mousse, vibrant acidity, minimally fruity-sweet core and medium length.
