Tasting from 28.04.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, elegant ruby red in colour. On the nose, initial aromas of geranium leaf with red currant, blood, pepper, and animal-like notes. The medium-weight palate has a strongly perceptible savouriness with animal notes that very much restricts the wine’s drinkability and it remains drying.
