Tasting from 28.04.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red in colour with a rich core. The nose is a little reductive, with yeasty, spicy notes, slightly vegetal with delicate fruit. The palate is juicy with a medium weight, notes of strawberry candy and some bready and floral notes, seems a bit unbalanced overall.
