Tasting from 28.04.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow in colour. Restrained on the nose, with delicate aromas of lemon and some white flowers, still seems very young. The palate is juicy with citrus notes, but becomes a bit drying on the back end and remains drying on the finish.
