The prosecco Celéber Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2021 from the winery Dal Bello has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver-green with medium mousse. Slightly smoky and bacony on the nose, then opens on freshly cut grass, like pear yoghurt. On the palate it shows with rich mousse, also shows lactic notes, bitter and somewhat unbalanced on the finish.
