Bright, intense light gold. Elegant aromas of fresh honey, chamomile tea, intense herbal notes, sea salt, wet stone, pineapple and ripe mango. Initially somewhat reserved on the palate, but with a little patience, ripe yellow fruit and several layers of flavour, slightly phenolic on the lingering finish.
