Brilliant straw yellow with green shimmering glints. Compact and expressive nose, lots of flint, lemon, young quince, white flowers, elderberry, magnificent and clear. Outstanding density on the palate, taut and precise, very juicy, salty and mineral undertone, concentrated into the long finish.
