Bright, luminous straw yellow. Exciting, precise and inviting on the nose with ripe tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, a hint of yellow rose, then rich flint and sea salt. Taut and compact on the palate, with a great salty undertone and well balanced. A successful demonstration of how a great vintage Soave can mature!
