The prosecco RY Extra Brut Dosaggio Zero Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the winery Dal Din Spumanti has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant, bright silver. Fresh open nose, of juicy lime, very fresh coconut flakes, white blossom, and elderberry. Very well balanced on the palate, almost perfectly harmonized, the mousse, acidity and fruit are nicely balanced. It is dry and precise, and long, so it must be Prosecco DOCG.
