Deep radiant lemon yellow. A bouquet of ripe yellow apples and quince, also subtle hints of thyme and lemongrass. Sinewy on the palate, swerving with verve over the palate, exhibiting good pressure and appearing very straightforward. Fine mousse adheres like velvet to the sides of the inner cheeks. Richly finesse, dense finish.
