Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Black cherries, some blackberry confit, some dried plums, delicate oxidative nuances. Delicately savoury, a subtle touch of fig, a hint of sweetness, medium length, backed by the typical racy acidity, red berry-lemon finish, somewhat rustic overall impression, with a bacon platter.
