Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate notes of candied orange zest, a hint of white flowers, hints of pear, yellow greengage, meadow herbs, and undertones of lime. The palate is juicy and powerful, with an elegant texture, fine fruit expression, some blossom honey, mineral notes, and a persistent finish with fine saline and apple notes. Already approachable, has ageing potential and will improve with bottle age.
