Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow colour, silver reflections. Somewhat restrained, fresh meadow herbs with candied lime zest in the background, a hint of mango, delicate vanilla. Medium complexity, leafy and savoury, nuances of ripe pears, a hint of caramel, subtle sweetness, chalky minerality, somewhat brittle charm, delicately nutty finish, a dry food wine. Perhaps not a perfect bottle.
