Wild savoury aromas, elderberry juice and dried meat, mint candy and dark chocolate. On the palate persistent, highly refined tannins, but also a lot of juiciness, with a cooling menthol nature, excellent length and intensity, the alcohol is nicely integrated. Spicy, with plenty of fruit.
