Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

On the nose, aromas of comfrey, linden blossom, Matcha tea and fine fruity nuances of conference pear and ripe peach. Delicate, zesty acidity with the finest phenolics and a touch of Fleur de Sel play expressively around the palate. Good length on the finish with a citrusy, spicy aftertaste. Lots of substance!.
