Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

Initially smoky notes, then delicate hints of lemon blossom, green pear and flower meadow on the nose. Very juicy, full-bodied palate with a creamy structure and chalky mineral extract. Delicate tart almond notes and animating freshness on the finish. Lingers for a long time.
