Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

Delicate aroma of raspberry yoghurt, sour cherry and delicate hints of blood orange. Refreshing on the palate with a finely chiseled acidity structure and good extract content. Stimulating, red-fruity notes of cranberry and grapefruit on the finish. Very harmonious. A good accompaniment to Asian dishes or light meat dishes.
