Bright, luminous straw yellow with a brilliant reflection and white shimmer. Appealing nose of crisp lemon, accompanied by delicate smoke and fine floral nuances. Explosive palate with lots of bubbles, full-bodied, bone-dry, firm acidity at the back, salty finish.
