The prosecco 0.15 Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Brut, vintage 2023 from the winery De Stefani has been rated in 2024 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Pinot Noir from the region Veneto in Italy.
Lightening, bright pale pink with persistent mousse. Discreet yeast aroma on the nose, shy fruit, a little citrus, very restrained overall. On the palate there is a crisp acidity, fresh fruit and beautiful drive, very lively at the start and finish, multi-layered, finishing on fine lemony notes.
