Bright, brilliant and crystalline straw yellow colour. Fine, even and persistent mousse. Floral notes of white flowers and wisteria on the nose, followed by fresh flavours of yellow apple, lemon and pear. The palate is characterised by good freshness and a salty trace that accompanies and supports the drinking flow.
